Within the framework of a two-day workshop, we, three members of the Sustainable Innovation Research Group at the TIM, want to inspire students for the topic of sustainability. Together with the company Diehl Aviation, we have developed a two-day workshop format in which up to 20 students will gain an insight into current sustainability research, learn about and apply methods (e.g. design thinking), and develop solution ideas for current challenges in aviation.
Specifically, this will involve the application of cradle-to-cradle design in aviation and the development of an implementation process with the guiding question "How might we help Diehl to create a process for creating C2C constructions?".
The students will work in interdisciplinary teams and jointly develop solution ideas using the example of a module of the aircraft interior. The workshop will take place at the TUHH and at Diehl Aviation and will end with a plant tour.
